Our Team

Steering Committee.  MNCJP is led by Pro Bono Institute and an all-volunteer Steering Committee. Volunteers include representatives from community partner organizations that include law firms, businesses, government agencies, non-profits, and formerly incarcerated individuals. 

 

Hillary Richard

Esther Lardent Fellow with Great North Innocence Project


Hillary joined the MNCJP as a Saeks Public Interest Resident in 2020 and later as a 2022 Equal Justice Works Fellow. Hillary serves individuals returning home from prison by providing civil legal aid and coordinating pro bono representation for the MNCJP’s Civil Legal Needs Initiative. Hillary obtained a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, M.A. from New York University, and B.A. from Emerson College.
